William Glenn Johns has dedicated over 28 years of his life to the proud profession of real estate and finance. As a driven professional in real estate and finance, William Glenn Johns has focused his efforts on providing the best possible experience for his clients. This includes communicating directly with clients, removing the involvement of banks, to allow for easy qualifying and reduction of confusion. He specializes in real estate exchanges, real estate options, land trust management, ranch management, the international buying and selling of timber, and buying discounted notes, but specifically enjoys 1031 property exchanges because of the money he is able to save his clients. Saving capital gains tax allows his clients to pay fewer taxes immediately, while at the same time increasing future cash gains. 

William Glenn Johns has been a member of numerous organizations in the real estate and finance world, illustrating the diversity of portfolio and experience in the profession. This list includes, but is not limited to: member of the National Realtor Association for 23 years, of the Florida Real Estate Association for 23 years, of the Florida Builders Association for 12 years, of the National Exchanger Association for 8 years, and finally, member of the National Timber Land Owners Association for 2 years.

He has been honored for three consecutive years of hard work on two separate occasions from separate real estate and finance institutions. He received consecutive titles of “Mortgage Broker of the Year” from Mortgage Finance Funding, Inc. in 1987, 1988, and 1989 and then was recognized by Citibank from ’89 to ‘91 for selling the most real estate mortgages in Florida.

William Glenn Johns was born in Florida where he grew up playing football, soccer, and baseball in school. He received a football scholarship to West Virginia State, but turned it down to work in construction with his father where he learned the value of hard work and a dedicated work ethic. He has been part of the National Honor Society and is active in his community, participating in organizations and clubs like 4-H, Future Farmers of America, Christian Athletes, youth little league programs, Boys and Girls Club of America, and Rotary.
