Miller where his team won the case with an 8 to 1 vote in their favor.

Turner was a tax associate and specialist working for Coopers and Lybrand in Birmingham, Alabama from 1989 to 1991. From 1991 to 1995, Turner worked as Assistant vice President and Estate Tax Planning Officer for AmSouth Bank in Birmingham, Alabama where he reviewed and drafted complex trust and will documents and conducted estate planning for attorneys and clients of the bank. In ’96, he would work in higher education as a Professor of Wills, Trusts and Estates at the John Marshall School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
