Randy Dunnett is announcing his tenth year as the founder and owner of the Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex in West Chicago, Illinois, where he is also the co-owner of Force Elite Baseball.

Finish Strong Sportsplex is a multi-sport training facility that Randy Dunnett launched in 2004. Finish Strong specializes in baseball and soccer training, and is one of the few, if not the only indoor sportsplex with dedicated lacrosse lines on its Multi-Sport Field.

But the main order of business at the Finish Strong Sportsplex is baseball, and in its ten years of existence has evolved into a thriving business that Randy Dunnett is enormously proud of. "We run a very strong program that focuses on providing the very best environment for young players to learn and play baseball," he says. "We have had dozens of players finish our high school program and move on to college baseball, and every year we produce more of these success stories."

Randy Dunnett got his start as a coach in 2000, during the baseball off-season, when he was playing for the Cook County Cheetahs in the Frontier League. "I began my career as a private instructor at Jack Perconte Sports Academy in Naperville, Illinois, where I taught for four years," he recalls. In 2004 he had the opportunity to be the pitching coach for the Windy City Thunderbolts. He already had a degree in Business Administration from Belmont University, so he decided to combine his business skills and his love of baseball by launching Finish Strong.

The business rapidly became the premier indoor baseball facility in the Greater Chicago area. In time, Randy Dunnett realized that he had more to offer his young players that his baseball experience. "I have also served as a personal mentor to many young players by instilling a positive work ethic and attitude in them. My current business partner, Andrew Elke, and I met when he was a student of mine when he was thirteen years old. When he was fourteen his father passed away, and I became a big part of his life. Once he graduated from college and finished his college baseball career he came home and we created Force Elite Baseball Club in 2011. There are countless young ballplayers that I have helped in this manner."

Randy Dunnett and Andrew Elke joined forces in 2011 to establish the Force Elite Baseball Club, where they offer group and private instruction, teams, leagues and tournaments year round. The organization is built on performance attitude and works with athletes of all abilities to help them realize their goals both on and off the field.
