This is quite an accomplishment as the award represents the fact that John Herrholz was 1st in sales in the southeastern portion of the country. John Herrholz is a conscientious and professional worker who tirelessly gives all of his effort to his career goals every day. “I am proud that I have been able to accomplish this goal three years running, it hasn’t come without a lot of sacrifice on my and my family’s part, but it pays off in the end,” John Herrholz says after the presentation.

“I believe that respect for the client and courteous demeanor are the reason my sales are consistently high,” John Herrholz is quoted as saying. John Herrholz feels that clients are more likely to purchase from you and return to you when you treat them as people who know what they are looking to buy. You give a fair price and come back to follow-up. These are all basic steps that help ensure success in sales according to John Herrholz. Even though it seems to be all about the sales, John Herrholz states that this is not true because his main goal in his career is to do what is best for his client and find the right product for them. John Herrholz does not want to sell them anything just to make the sale.

John Herrholz also believes that his background in health and fitness, as a professional baseball player and his master’s degree in kinesiology and exercise, enable to him to provide his clients with the information to pick the right purchase for their needs. “When I am selling these products, I truly back them, if I don’t believe in their quality or purpose, I do not try to suggest them to clients, and my clients realize this,” John Herrholz stated. John Herrholz’s will to win is not just about topping the other associates in sales but also winning the client’s trust and confidence. That makes it a win-win situation for all of those involved.
