Kim Errigo's determination to be the best possible athlete has been encouraged by the group with whom she trains. Kim Errigo and her training partners recently began to train for a triathlon. Kim Errigo has been running in races for a few years and decided to take the challenge up a notch. Since competing in her first triathlon, Kim Errigo has found that the draw of the events is irresistible to her. Kim Errigo loves the challenge that a triathlon presents and has enjoyed the opportunity to beat her previous times and records at each event.

Kim Errigo recently participated in a triathlon that is local to her Florida home. This particular triathlon was divided up by age groups so that runners could compete directly with people in similar condition to themselves. As Kim Errigo crossed the finish line of this triathlon, she realized that she had come in first place within her age group. Kim Errigo's success at the event was an eye opening experience for her, as she had not placed at the top of the leader-board at any event in her past. Kim Errigo's top time was a massive confidence booster and made her love the challenging races even more.

When asked about her top time, Kim Errigo was understandably excited: “I never thought that I would be the top runner of the day,” explained Kim Errigo. “I have trained incredibly hard for the past few months for this race, so I knew that I would probably post a good time. But finishing at the top of the pack is a major achievement. I couldn't be prouder.”

Kim Errigo's top time has allowed her to qualify for national competitions. As Kim Errigo moves forward into these larger events, she hopes to continue improving on her previous times.
