Sharon Fillyaw is excited to announce the success of her television special the Full Body and Fitness Show. The show aired on the Cambridge Community Television network, and Sharon Fillyaw said she had a great time producing and hosting the show. The show aired on October 12th at 11 o’clock in the morning. It also aired on October 15th at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

Sharon Fillyaw has a long and impressive history of bodybuilding and personal training. Sharon Fillyaw is certified by the American Council on Exercise. The group is a nonprofit organization that helps to keep unsafe fitness programs, products, and professionals from endangering others. The group also helps the public by setting certification and providing education to fitness professionals on a continuing basis.

Sharon Fillyaw has been certified by ACE for the last two years, and she has been working as a personal trainer for quite some time now. Sharon Fillyaw says, “I love being a personal trainer as I think exercise and having a good diet are vital to living a long and happy life. I also enjoy trying to impart my passion for exercise onto others by helping to motivate my clients and by trying to keep our exercise routines fun and energetic.”
Sharon Fillyaw continues, “That is why I wanted to produce a television special. I wanted to have the opportunity to reach out to as many people as possible. I hope that I was able to change at least one person’s life with my program. I hope to do it again soon! When I am not busy with my duties as a personal trainer, I also enjoy competing in bodybuilding events.”

Sharon Fillyaw has competed in a number of fitness and bodybuilding competitions. Recently, she entered the National Physique Committee Jay Cutler Classic. Sharon Fillyaw won 4th place in the Class D Figure class. She also took 6th place in the Masters Figure class.

Sharon Fillyaw has also been a part of numerous other competitions such as the International Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Northeast Classic, and the Organization of Competitive Bodybuilding competition.
