The Find A Dream Foundation, along with founder Rod Ricciardi, is there to offer struggling youth an alternative to the negative influence of the streets; to provide the mentorship and support many young people need to become stronger, more confident and more productive members of society.

Rod Ricciardi, Managing Director and founder of Find A Dream, noticed an opportunity to show his support for the local community, as well as a way to be a source of hope and strength to local youth. The Find A Dream foundation was created by Rod Ricciardi to provide positive mentorship and support to young people; a safe and comfortable environment geared towards providing every local child access to an abundance of positive role models and activity. Rod Ricciardi sought to create an atmosphere that encouraged competition and instilled a sense of personal accomplishment and achievement into its members. Teaming up with international boxing legends, business leaders and skilled management professionals, he was able to, at long last, provide local youth with an escape from the rigors and the stresses of their local neighborhoods.

The Find A Dream foundation and Rod Ricciardi hope to elevate self-esteem, promote scholastic achievement and provide invaluable life lessons that resonate well into a young person’s adult life. By providing such positive programs as After School Study Areas, Computer Labs, Martial Arts, Boxing, Music and more, both Rod Ricciardi and Find A Dream provide children the chance to find their dreams, to discover their potential and to learn the importance of community involvement.
