Rod Ricciardi is the Director of Operations at the Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM, and Fiat of Van Nuys auto dealerships in Van Nuys, California. He has many years of experience in the automotive industry and is widely credited with turning around the sagging sales records of dealerships all across the country.

He is also committed to improving the world in which he lives, and providing young people with a safe environment in which to grow and thrive. "Our communities become stronger when our youth is mentored through people of character with a true interest in pouring constructive, character-building activities and input into their lives," he says. With that in mind he established the Find A Dream foundation, a nonprofit organization that gives young people a place to go after school where they can access computer labs, after-school study areas, music programs, and learn self-discipline techniques.

"Every day, Find A Dream works through programs, mentor opportunities, and healthy activities to get and keep kids off the street and involved in becoming valuable members of our society," Rod Ricciardi says. His Find A Dream management team includes two former professional boxers: Bobby Czyz, a former world light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion, and Ray Mercer, a mixed martial artist and former WBO World Heavyweight Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist.

"Find A Dream has shown that some of the most challenged lifestyles can be changed with the right support," Rod Ricciardi says. The program reaches out to the youth of the community and provides them with a healthy and positive way to channel their energies, and work toward fulfilling their dreams.

Rod Ricciardi has always wanted to be with a team that helps young people find themselves, and makes a difference in their lives. Among his achievements with the Find A Dream program is the production of an "invincible martial arts" training video featuring several grand masters. The video has sold more than one million copies. He has also trained law enforcement agencies in stick and knife defense techniques.

Rod Ricciardi is currently the Director of Operations at Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM, and Fiat of Van Nuys, California, a position he has held since 2013.
