A gifted recruiter and talent acquisition specialist has accumulated fame and respect in her field.

 
In the city of Raleigh, North Carolina, Talent Acquisition Specialist Stephanie Chappell Disbrow was given the Recruiter of the Decade Award by the CEOs of Ventiv Recruitment Services. This prestigious accolade was earned over a 10 year career in the pharmaceutical recruiting and talent acquisition field.

To be recognized as Recruiter of the Decade, Stephanie Chappell Disbrow had to perform above and beyond her duties, increasing revenue for the company through her hiring practices. Over a mere five year span of employment, she was ranked number one in hiring and revenue through four separate years. She also ranked second in 2007 and 2009, and fourth in 2008.

Thanks to this hard work and dedication, she earned Ventiv Recruitment Services millions of revenue dollars in the tristate area of North Carolina, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Her astounding services successfully saw the hiring of nearly 1700 new and talented employees for the international company.
In addition to her hiring and revenue recognitions, Disbrow has also earned such achievements as the Ventiv Leadership Award (2008), the Exceeds Expectations Award (2004-2013), the President's Team Award (2006), and the Special Recognition Team Award (2004, 2005).

Stephanie Chappell Disbrow was further recognized by Ventiv Recruitment Services for her extreme efforts with the National Driving Business Award in 2013 and the Recruiting Excellence Award in 2011. The Ventiv Senior Director has given Disbrow numerous cash bonuses for winning the Monthly Achievement Award from 2009 to 2014.

Prior to working with Ventiv, Stephanie Chappell Disbrow was the Client Service Representative Supervisor for Sterling Healthcare in Durham, North Carolina. Through her efforts here, she was able to recruit, staff, and coordinate over 200 vital emergency room physician jobs in the region during her three year employment.

Enabling her to reach such success in the realm of talent acquisition is Disbrow's intense passion for continuing her education. As a self-motivated person, she has made additional training and certification a priority in her career. She has received training from the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS), granting her a certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) as well as certification as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
