Rajinder Sachdeva is an experienced Oracle Database manager. He has worked with Oracle management systems for almost thirty years. Sachdeva worked as a Program Manager and implemented couple of project successfully at Pace, Oracle Database management system from a 10g version to an 11g, a project he and his team took months to complete. The upgrade has allowed the company to manage its database more efficiently and with more power.

Rajinder Sachdeva is from rural India. By the time he moved to the United States, he had already worked for a software company and had begun developing his skills to become one of the premier database managers in the Chicago IT scene. Sachdeva has 29 years of experience, having worked with several different companies and public services in the city of Chicago, including the Chicago Public School District and the PACEBUS Suburban Project.

Rajinder Sachdeva may not be from Chicago, but he has worked hard to make his adopted community a better place throughout his career. He says that all of his work over the years has been to benefit his family and his community he hopes to grow with for many years to come. With his latest success at Pace , he expects to continue to grow within his local community and the larger community of IT developers and administrators.

One way Rajinder Sachdeva improves his community is by teaching. He is an adjunct instructor at DePaul University in Chicago, teaching SQL and 9I performance tuning and the many new features of 10g for database management. Sachdeva is also a part-time instructor at MITS in Chicago teaching students how to install Oracle Application Rel 12.x systems, as well as maintenance of the system and patch installation. He has held both of these teaching jobs for over twelve years, and he says that he loves to help young students work with Oracle Database management systems so they can become experts like he is.

Rajinder Sachdeva lives and works in Chicago, where he raised his son and daughter with his wife. His son attends Georgetown University, and his daughter is a senior in high school. She says that she plans to study Computer Science in college.
