Paul Benario is an alumnus of Bradley University with a B.S. in Business Management Information Systems, with a minor in Leadership Studies. Benario did his internship at the Kellogg Company where he worked as an IT consultant, and eventually rose to manager of Kellogg's internship program, managing over twelve other interns. He has now been hired at Avanade Inc., as a business analyst, an incredible appointment right out of college.

Benario learned a lot while at the Kellogg Company. The Kellogg Company itself was also the perfect learning environment. The Kellogg Company has a set of “K-Values” it teaches to all its interns concerning ethics and high moral standards. One of the most useful of these K-Values, according to Benario, was to “always assume positive intent”. This meant that one always assumes a co-worker is doing what they should be doing.

Avanade, Inc. is a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture. Benario is currently working in a collaborative division on Microsoft's SharePoint. He acts as the go between guy for the business and technical teams. Benario elicits, analyzes, documents and communicates any needs from management to the technical team.

Paul Benario has found Avanade to be the perfect place to work. Avanade offers constant reviews and has plenty of opening to move up. If things are going well, a promotion often is not far behind. Benario has also found he has received a high amount of recognition and feedback for his good work. One instance is a project where Benario and his team finished early and under-budget. An announcement was sent out, and whereas at most companies this announcement would have been ignored, Benario received many compliments and accolades from his peers.
