Kenny Crumbley is the founder of the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation. The Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation is based out of Dallas, Texas and was formed in 1992. After only 20 years in business, the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation has become a leader in the field. Owner Kenny Crumbley has a reputation for being a businessman with the highest moral standards and values; thus, it comes to no surprise that his business follows a similar code of ethics. Crumbley desires to speak out about the importance of ethics in business in hopes that more companies will begin to establish their own code.
Crumbley stated: “When I started the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation I knew I was entering a competitive industry. Along with competitive industries often come unethical behaviors. It is difficult to stay ahead of competition and always partake in honest and respectable practices. However, I took the time to train my employees and instill the company’s values in them, and I have seen nothing but positive results.” The Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation have witnessed much success since its formation in 1992. The company has had successful ventures in Jones County Texas, Winn Parish Louisiana, Schleicher County Texas, and Dawson County Texas.
When Crumbley was asked how he established his company’s ethical policies he stated: “Forming the ethical standards for the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation was a difficult task. I sat down with our administrative staff and we took the time to establish what is important to each of us. Additionally, we brainstormed potential unethical occurrences that could happen in our industry. Doing this helped us gain insight and form realistic ethical standards that our entire staff can follow.”
Crumbley hopes that more business owners will look to the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation as a leading example of a company built on values. “Righteous business practices can and will lead to success,” Crumbley states.
The Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation continues to drill in various Southern regions. Crumbley has developed and drilled prospects in Clinton County Kentucky, Overton County Tennessee, and Pickett County Tennessee. Crumbley is satisfied with the success of the Sedona Oil and Gas Corporation and hopes to establish new ventures in the future.
