In 2001, Vishwas Godbole became the managing member of Opulent Strategies, LLC. “To work as an investment manager, you are required to pass a series 65 test which permits the management company, Opulent Strategies, LLC to operate as an Investment Adviser.” explains Vishwas Godbole.

Working at Opulent Strategies since 2001, he put his entrepreneurial skills again to work with Opulent Fund, LP. “This fund was another place for people to invest. Opulent Fund catered to the wealthy investors in and around Silicon Valley,” says Vishwas Godbole. Since its creation, Mr. Godbole has been the manager of the fund.

Mr. Godbole created Opulent Fund after years of working as an electrical engineer and entrepreneur. For 30 years he worked for companies related to communications technologies. He even created a few of his own and holds two patents. He founded his first communications company in 1999. “From 1970 to 1999, I worked from one electrical engineer position to another. Opulent Fund was the first business I created outside of my work as a former electrical engineer,” says Vishwas Godbole.
