Naeem Ahmed is the owner of the successful clothesline, Old Dock Apparel. Old Dock makes clothes that mimic the beachwear style that is popular and prevalent in Florida. They make tee-shirts, swimwear, hoodies, long sleeved shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, and clothes for youth and infants.

Naeem Ahmed moved to the United States at the age of 20-years old, in search of an education and pursuit of a career in the fashion and design industry. He graduated from UCF with academic distinction and was on the dean’s list. He spent the next phase of his life working hard to perfect his craft and further his knowledge of the fashion industry. This hard work paid off in 1999 when he opened Old Dock Apparel. Over the past 16 years, Old Dock has grown to become one of the most popular and successful clotheslines in Florida. It is now a multi-million dollar business.

Naeem Ahmed is using his success as a means to placate two of his passions, to travel and philanthropy. He donates to and volunteers his time with local charities who are fighting poverty and hunger in his community and the surrounding areas. He also volunteers with his church and advocates in his religious community for poverty alleviation. On his birthday, rather than doing things for himself, he does things for others. He donates food and volunteers at local shelters, feeding over 100 people a day with just the food that he donated.

He also has the travel bug and has traveled to over 50 different countries for both business and pleasure. He enjoys absorbing new and different cultures, trying new foods, seeing historical sites, and meeting new and interesting people. His travels have shown him that poverty is not just a problem in the United States, but also around the world.

Naeem Ahmed has recently started to work in partnership with charities and organizations that are fighting poverty in foreign countries. He makes monthly food donations to third world countries, providing food to over 100 people multiple times per month.

Naeem Ahmed looks forward to his continued partnership with charitable organizations and hopes that more people who are privileged and successful as he is, to take part in the fight against poverty.
