Michael Thomas Luketic attends the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga’s (UTC) School of Business. He chose UTC because he wanted to attend its excellent business school and earn a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Luketic knew that he was drawn to business management and administration after years of working with his father at his company, TDL Construction, and for Breezin Metal Works, another local company that specializing in crafting custom-made iron gates, fences, and rail way systems that add security, beauty, and grace to any home or business. Luketic has always been active in his community near Chattanooga, and has found many opportunities to work with up-and-coming business leaders at UTC and throughout the city of Chattanooga.

Michael Thomas Luketic found ways to help his community from a young age. In high school, he volunteered over 120 community service hours with local organizations working to create opportunities for the people in the community live fuller, happier lives. Luketic thinks that by contributing to the community as the business owners who he has looked up to have, he can make a positive impact on the world. He plans to put his budding business skills to good use by managing his own company one day. UTC has taught him much about the particulars of managing his own company and inspiring others.

Michael Thomas Luketic worked as a general laborer for his father’s company as soon as he was old enough. He learned much from his experiences there, including respect for those who have come before him. He learned even more after he started working for Breezin Metal Works, led by Chuck Lambert, who has owned and operated his shop since 1998. Over the years Lambert has served many different clients, from businesses to private homeowners looking for added security and value for their home. He learned the value of hard work, determination, and focus, all of which has contributed to Luketic’s renowned work ethic and his way of always putting in his full effort in every endeavor he has engaged in over his young life. Luketic will graduate with a full range of knowledge and experience that will help him in his future career.
