When Stanly Xu began Lonwell Company in 1992, he probably did not dream that it would become the real estate bombshell that is most definitely is today. He tirelessly worked day and night to be able to take Longwell Company and build it from the ground up. He believed that by buying houses and other buildings that have been rated as B- to C, and making them unable to be lived in and renovating them back to a point where they are almost new looking and desirable are desirable places to live or work in, he could take the old and unused properties and put them back on the market to do more good than before.

This helped not only the city of Seattle, but the people who were in desperate need of a home to live in.
