Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa: A History

Posted November 12, 2014 by pzmediainc1

Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa is an accomplished medical practitioner who loves his community.

Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa Oklahoma was born into a loving and caring family only thirty two short years ago. Since then, Joseph has excelled both academically and in his given career field. Since a young age, Joseph was always intrigued by the medical field. As a child he always respected the doctors and nurses in his hometown of Tulsa. Little did he know that the same admiration he felt for them as a child, would lead him to pursue his own career in the medical field. That is why after graduating high school, Joseph wanted to pursue a degree in college related to medicine, and his education would later help him to become a certified and accredited anesthesiologist. For Joseph, this has been an insightful journey, but only the beginning of his career in the field.

Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa has always had a fervent and inexorable passion for the medical field, and an unrivaled drive that would inevitably lead him to excel in many facets of his life. Joseph's residency at the NYU Langone Medical Center was no exception. During Joseph's three year residency at the NYU Langone Medical Center, his talents and innate instincts, keen insights, and swiftness for learning were quickly noticed by his peers, as well as his superiors. This talent for learning, and medicine in general, skyrocketed Joseph to the front of the line, and made him a prime choice for Chief resident of his group. Chief resident is a position given by the doctors that residents shadow in the medical field. The position is a prestigious and privileged one, that is only appointed to those who are believed to have the utmost dedication and deepest understanding of medicine. This knowledge extends further than understanding formulas and procedures, but requires a level of leadership and interpersonal social skills that Joseph also excelled at. All of those aggregated traits made Joseph an easy choice to be appointed NYU's chief resident during his three year stay.

Joseph Palmeri of Tulsa is dedicated to his career, but he also knows the importance of winding down after a long hard day of work. Joseph says that winding down and resting is a crucial aspect of work, the same way that a rest period is necessary after exercise. That is why Joseph makes it a point to directly involve himself in several different hobbies that help pass the time. Among Joseph's favorite hobby though, the one he is most passionate about, is competitive racing, of all assortments. Just recently, Joseph has participated in the the McNellie's pub run in the summer of 2013, an annual fun run in Tulsa Oklahoma whose proceeds go to the Chad Perry Fund, a local Tulsa charity. Joseph says participating in the pub run has become a sort of tradition, and that many of his friends and family attend. The run has become a good way for the community to get together and enjoy each other's company, and most importantly, unwind for the next big race day.
