Jeff Blue has dedicated his entire career to finding and developing new talent. He is a multi-platinum music producer, as well as the former Senior VP of A&R for five major record labels.

Jeff Blue is also a realist who knows just how hard it is to make it big in music. "Getting a record deal has always been extremely difficult," he says. "Over the last ten years it has gotten even harder." He says “artists need to have an undeniable believability, identity, and urgency about them which emanates though their voice and their sound.” He has written and co-written many songs himself, including his tune "Pictures of You," which reached the #4 position on the Billboard pop charts, and earned him a BMI Songwriter Award. The song reached #1 and broke decade long records in Australia, and became a top #3 hit in nine countries. "Of the songs that I co-write and produce, and artists I develop and shop, I have a huge success rate," Jeff Blue says. "It varies, of the artists I work with, I average at least one artist every eighteen months getting signed to a label, publishers, and many more with placements." Because he is so actively involved in developing the careers of his artists, to the point of writing, producing, and playing on most songs, he has a vested interest in their success; their work is a direct reflection on him. "As part artist and part artist representative, I sit at both tables and know what it takes to succeed."

It all comes down to having hit songs, Jeff Blue says. "What I offer that few others can is that I know the labels and execs. If the artist and I decide to enter into a full production deal or label contract, I take the songs directly to the labels and try to acquire a full deal."
