Harry Jodoin has spent over thirty years working in the sales industry, carving out quite an impressive career for himself in the process. Harry's list of accomplishments go on and on, but are best explained from the man himself, who says, “I am a top-performing Sales and Marketing executive with extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of operations at all levels including sales, after sales, marketing, Sponsorships, project management, and dealer network strategy. With a proven track record in effective cross- functional relationships, I have demonstrated the ability to coordinate and develop creative and efficient programs and communications that have translated into positive bottom line results.

My ability to motivate and mentor has played a key role in my career growth and achievements. I strive to surpass sales objectives, while maintaining profitability. My leadership abilities have been recognized within the organizations that I have worked for, as well as by key business partners. As a visionary who is results driven, I believe in challenging the status quo in the pursuit of excellence.”

Harry Jodoin has continued to excel in his field for many years, demonstrating a high level of professional competency. As a national sales manager, Harry says that he was responsible for many things, including, “Responsible for the development and implementation of processes and strategies required in order to achieve new vehicle, fleet, and CPO objectives:

-Responsible for the sales performance and target achievement of all 4 Regions.
- Responsible for the training, development and motivation of my 8 direct reports and their staff.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing department in order to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with advertising and incentives budgets.
- Work with the Dealer Development department on establishing and implementing dealer performance measurement tools.
- Work in conjunction with the after sales team in developing and implementing programs designed to increase accessory sales and improve CSI.
-Responsible for working with the Agency to plan, create and execute all aspects of bi-monthly retail campaigns, in both English and French Canada, with 2 distinct strategies and platforms.
- Responsible for working with the Regions and their dealers, in order to ensure that their respective needs and concerns were addressed when planning regional advertising.”
