Dr. Juan Bravo of Florida knows that any great career starts with a great education. From a young age, Dr. Bravo was certain that he wasted to pursue a career in the medical field. Being the fourth generation of a long lineage of physicians, it seemed almost fate that Dr. Bravo himself would become a medical practitioner. That is why after graduating high school, Dr. Bravo quickly went on to attend the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus, a place where only a few miles away, his own mother ran a hospital. Dr. Bravo would attend the University of Puerto Rico for three years before acquiring his bachelor's degree in Industrial microbiology, a difficult and intellectually demanding field.

Dr. Juan Bravo of Florida has been a practicing and certified wound care and hyperbaric medicine physician for over twelve years, and the most common question he gets about his storied career, is what exactly is a wound care and hyperbaric doctor? Dr. Bravo, being the amiable man that he is, is always eager to answer the question. Dr. Bravo says that a hyperbaric medicine is the medical use of oxygen at a level higher than atmosphere pressures. The special equipment required for this treatment consists of a pressure chamber, which may be of rigid or flexible in construction, and is a way of delivering 100% oxygen. Operation is performed based on a predetermined schedule by trained physician who monitors the patient to assure their safety, as well as make proper adjustments..
