Denny Herzberg is the President of Vitusa Corps located in Englewood, New Jersey. As President, Denny Herzberg is in charge of leading a global distribution team through South America, Central America, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Vitusa offers products related to animal nutrition, dairy ingredients, foodstuffs, and wastewater management. They also offer services in manufacturing, technical support, custom packaging, shipping, and financing for their products. With such an extensive range of products and services, Denny Herzberg must work to bring together teams in a variety of sectors. Denny Herzberg believes that effective team building will help companies like Vitusa create a competitive advantage in any industry.

“While I was in college at The University of Miami my mentors stressed the importance of team building exercises. I consistently completed group projects as part of my curriculum, and I never realized how beneficial these projects would be in the future. As I started working in management positions, I realized that not everyone has had similar team experiences that I have. I think it is my duty as the President of Vitusa to help create a synergy amongst my team so I can effectively lead them in the future,” Denny Herzberg stated. Denny Herzberg has worked tirelessly to get acquainted with his employees as Vitusa, “I have created icebreakers to help my team feel more comfortable around each other. It also serves as a time where I can identify the strengths of each individual. I believe that effectively delegating work is one of the traits of a good leader; thus, I want to give employees projects they will thrive at.”

Denny Herzberg desires for everyone involved at Vitusa to be educated and comfortable in his or her work environment. Denny Herzberg recently established seminars as a new component of the comprehensive services that Vitusa offers. The seminars help keep employees and business partners up to date with industry information and technology. Denny Herzberg talked about the implementation of these seminars, “I think it is important that everyone that works at and with Vitusa is comfortable and knowledgeable about the industry. Continuous education along with team building is crucial for long-term success of any company.”
