Prime Renovations has performed a variety of design and renovation projects for residential and commercial spaces around the New York City area. Renovating a room can be great for improving the marketable value of a home, but Prime Renovations knows the value it holds for businesses too.
“We offer a range of services for both residential and commercial renovation projects,” says the founder of Prime Renovations. The business was founded by Jeff Streich in 2004 and since then, has been entrusted to perform and improve many living and work spaces. One of the best examples of commercial work completed by Prime Renovations is Crumbs Bakery located on Broadway and East 8th.
“The work was commercial work. The bakery was 1,200 square feet and needed a compete gut renovation,” says the founder and owner of Prime Renovations. Prime Renovations rebuilt the bakeries walls; they also installed new plumbing, electrical work, and custom millwork. Prime Renovations also skim coated and painted the bakery, and tiled the bakery’s floor.
The finished work was beautiful, and thanks to the new appearance, drew in more customers because of its warm and welcoming appearance. “We offer design and architectural services many business owners may be interested in. Even if redoing the main room or rooms isn’t necessary, redesigning customer’s restrooms can do a lot to improve business,” says Prime Renovations’ owner.
The Crumbs Bakery is one of the bigger commercial renovation projects completed by Prime Renovations. Commercial projects completed by Prime Renovations years ago built a customer loyalty the company hoped for but did not expect. “Some of our recent clients are returning clients who hired us to renovate commercial spaces before, and now want us to design and renovate rooms of their homes,” says the founder of Prime Renovations. “Naturally, we are honored to see them return, and promise the same quality they received the first time.”
