Brian Joros has years of experience on the baseball diamond and in the dugout as a high school, college, and minor league player, and as a high school coach.

Brian Joros is the director of the National Grand Slam Baseball Tournament, held in Palm Beach annually. The tournament features 14 of the best teams in the country, all of which Joros is responsible for recruiting. He also handles the financials of the organization and manages its relationship with the community.
Brian Joros is an accomplished high school coach in West Palm Beach, Florida. He coached West Boca Raton High School’s baseball team from 2005 to 2009, amassing a 93-36 record as coach and winning the Regional Championship in 2007. His overall record as a high school coach in the area is 215-121, a mark he hopes to improve even more as his career progresses.

Brian Joros elevated himself to legendary status when he took a little-known team at Royal Palm Beach High School to its first playoff game in a decade in 2011. That first season wasn’t easy, but he and his players pushed through the adversity, the small crowds, and the daunting history of futility around the team to reach the first playoff berth in the District Championships in ten seasons. Interestingly, Joros team lost to his former team, West Boca Raton High School in the first round.

His latest venture, the National Grand Slam Baseball Tournament, offers high school players to the chance to get noticed by college recruiters and others who can help them along their baseball careers. The competition in the tournament is country-wide, very similar to competition in the NCAA at the next level. He manages a sixteen member board of directors, in addition to his duties as the head recruitment officer and the director of finances. His job also involves the courting of outside vendors and other local businesses to help run the tournament and lend their support.

Brian Joros broke into baseball success when he played Division I college ball at Purdue University while he pursued his Bachelor of Arts degree. He earned both his degree and All-Big Ten honors in 1998. Before he earned his Master’s degree in education in 2011, he played in the minor leagues. His experience and knowledge of the game gave him the gift to pass on baseball knowledge and coaching experience to the next generation of ball players.
