Azzam Elder has been a licensed attorney and a member of the Michigan State Bar since 1995. He is a proud graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, and through his work as a trial attorney, Azzam Elder has developed an expertise in health care law. Azzam Elder has tried over 100 cases, many connected to the health care industry. He has also had the opportunity to work with doctors and healthcare professionals who reside in the United States, who travel abroad, and who are from different countries all together. Because of these connections, he has developed for a passion for helping to protect every human being’s right to clean and safe water, food, and housing.

Azzam Elder has cultivated an international client list that keeps him on the go and plugged into the global health care and business community. Azzam Elder takes great satisfaction in combining his enthusiasm for health care law, business, and global service.

When asked how he felt about shifting his focus toward a renewed passion and priority for local and global service projects, Azzam Elder remarked, “I’m thrilled to be able to have the professional success that enables me to devote more time to community service projects and helping those not only in my local community, but in the global community as well.”

In the over two decades he has spent working as an honest and expert trial attorney with a specialty business and health care law, Azzam Elder has spent many hours speaking with doctors and health care providers about local and international aid work. Azzam Elder has been inspired by many of his clients in the healthcare industry who take their vacation time to travel abroad and to participate in community service projects with a medical aid focus. Azzam Elder is well aware of the challenges many people from around the world face when they need access to quality medical care.

Azzam Elder recently travelled with his local Rotary Club to Nicaragua to participate in the “children of the dump” outreach mission. This experience inspired Azzam Elder to devote more time to public service projects organized by the Rotary Club and other community based charitable organizations.
