Aldo Salinas is honored to have recently received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He was always a dedicated and very studious young man who stood out as an excellent student at California State University. Aldo always devoted his efforts and time to the field of Political Science, a subject he has pursued from childhood.

Politics and government have always interested Aldo Salinas, who chose the Political Science program at California State University because of its reputation for excellence. The CSU program gave him an opportunity to discover more about the function of government, the complexities of decision-making and the art of campaigning. It also taught him about the operation of the Local, State and Federal Court systems. Aldo Salinas was enrolled in classes that focused on state and local government, constitutional theory and the limits and reaches of executive power. Through the CSU curriculum he was able to learn about the many facts and details that pertain to the operation of a bicameral legislature, the executive branch and a complex and often convoluted court system.

Aldo Salinas knows that it takes years of dedication and hard work to earn enough credits for a Bachelor’s degree, though in many ways he wouldn’t mind doing it all over again. College gave Aldo Salinas an amazing opportunity to receive a high-quality education. He also learned much about the world and his surroundings. Aldo gained valuable life experience and cultivated many interesting friendships as a California State University student. CSU gave Aldo Salinas an opportunity to experience a world that was, in many ways, extremely different from the unique circumstances and pressures of high school.
