[b]Melinda Sheppard, Group Chief Financial Officer[/b], B.Econ (Macquarie), Master ACC (CQU) and CPA

Prior to this role, Melinda was employed in various finance positions including Finance Director and Company Secretary of Ninemsn Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries.

Melinda has also held board directorships of a number of digital start-up companies.

Melinda is a CPA qualified professional with over 15 years experience in financial management, financial analysis, business planning and implementing process improvements that impact business growth.

[b]Andrew Black, Head of Distribution[/b]

Andrew joined Anne Street Partners in 2012 and brings with him over 30 years of business and leadership experience in the Financial Services and Banking industry.

Andrew’s most recent role has been the CEO of Plan B Group Holdings; an ASX listed diversified financial services company with in excess of $2b of FUM and $2.4b of FUMA.

Previous positions include CEO of Skandia Australia Ltd (a wealth management business with in excess of $5b of FUMA), the Australian subsidiary of a global wealth management business Old Mutual with in excess of $650b of assets under management globally, as the General Manager of Private Bank, Investment Lending & Broking and a member of the wealth executive of St. George Bank and has held senior management positions with Commonwealth Bank and Citibank in Australia and London.

In these roles, Andrew was responsible for building successful client facing businesses and obtained extensive experience in leading and growing high performing teams.
