OrokoSports offers a range of programs to promote the development of young rugby players in the Bath, Bristol and the Southwest region.

Bath, UK – Oroko Sports and Bath Rugby Head Coach, Mike Rugby, are pleased to announce that Sean Lilley has taken on the role of Oroko sports rugby lead coach. OrokoSports is a one-on-one rugby student athlete support program for players from ages ten to eighteen. The mission of the group is "Education and Athletic Development through Rugby and Mentoring". The program is endorsed by Mike Ford as well as several of the top rugby school masters, include John Mallet at Millfield School.

The coaching team at Oroko Sports are responsible for the creation of several unique systems and have developed powerful insight into coaching in a way which has influenced and guided the lead team in the development of junior internationals and sports scholars. The aim of the coaches is to challenge and support each other to improve their systems and understanding of athletic development. The growth of athletic prowess is targeted from the ground upward.

The one to one approach or the small group sessions offer opportunities to student athletes to develop their on and off field performance. The tactics that are used for development are lifestyle coaching, guided technical patterns, tactical studies, and physical and mental coaching.

The development of rugby skills is done through coaching, body preparation, and management of lifestyle. Video analysis is another tool used to assist students in developing their lifestyle, mind and body both in the classroom and on the rugby playing field.

Recent successes in the program include various independent school scholar awards, county selections, England Women's 7s, Junior international caps for Ireland and England, as well as academy selections for Bath, Bristol, Gloucester, Exeter and Worcester.
