The Siltbuster HD Unit, commissioned by Sabre Jetting Services Ltd and designed and manufactured by Siltbuster, was nominated for the Product Design Innovation Award for transforming hydro-demolition. It was a successful evening as the Siltbuster HD Unit was highly commended in the category, sparking celebrations that went on long into the night.

The commendation was well deserved as the Siltbuster HD truly has transformed the hydro-demolition industry, particularly in the area of waste water management. The introduction of these units has led to reduced costs and shorter project timescales due to the mobility of the product. On hydro-demolition projects where a tanker was previously required to remove the run-off water for off-site disposal, a Siltbuster HD Unit can now treat the water for on-site disposal at a fraction of the cost.

Sabre Jetting Services Ltd commissioned the design of the Siltbuster HD Unit and was therefore delighted to be invited to the event and equally delighted to see the unit gain the recognition it deserves.
