Tweedleyum is a Strawberry Hefeweizen designed specifically for spring and patios. It came out April 1 and will weigh in at 5.5% abv. We poured the test batch of Tweedleyum at the brewery last year and it was a crowd favorite so we selected it for production and we all look forward to cooling off with a cold Tweedleyum in our hands as the Texas heat returns. Tweedleyum will be available April through June on draft only, so look for it on Texas draft taps.

Tweedledee and Tweedledum are characters from Lewis Carroll’s books and were the inspiration for this new line of seasonal brews from Rabbit Hole Brewing.

Unlike mass-produced strawberry drinks, we use all-natural ingredients obtaining strawberry puree from Oregon Farms. In other words, we don’t use syrups or extracts. Why is this important? Well, most strawberry flavored beverages use chemicals to achieve the taste commonly referred to as “strawberry”.
