Complete with a host of technologies, such as 10 Mega-pixel cameras for top down and side angled view inspection, the MIRTEC was chosen for its speed and accuracy to correctly identify any potential PCBA errors within the manufacturing process.

Gemini currently use AOI technology to inspect 100% of surface mount assemblies, (from the first off through to full batch quantity) and the additional capability will ensure greater inspection coverage for smaller footprint devices and heavily populated PCB assemblies over the forthcoming years.
