Pompano Beach - Captain Joshua M. Kerrigan, EMT-P is pleased to announce the hiring of a new Logistics Coordinator for Yacht Management. The new position and new hire joins a team of skilled and talented Yacht Management and service professionals that service a fleet of over 137 yachts.
For years, Joshua Kerrigan and his office team have managed the logistics involved with managing each yacht in the Yacht Management fleet. As business has grown, Kerrigan recognized the need for a permanent position to handle logistics issues for the fleet. Asked why the new position is important for Yacht Management, Captain Joshua Kerrigan replied, "Our logistics was capable, but it wasn't astounding. Having someone one hundred percent devoted to logistics and ensuring our service is above and beyond what our clients expect is incredibly important as Yacht Management grows."
The new Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for all logistical tracking and coordinating. This includes ensuring the food owners want in their fridge is there, arranging transportation from the airport for owners, and much more. Captain Joshua Kerrigan expects the service of the Logistics Coordinator and Yacht Management in general to be above par compared to other fleet management companies.
A new internal A/C and refrigeration department combined with a recently implement fleet management program will assist the Logistics Coordinator in ensuring that all maintenance and preparation work is completed on time, tracked, and recorded for the company and yacht owners to access whenever they need to. The Logistics Coordinator is an important aspect of Joshua Kerrigan's move to expand Yacht Management to additional marinas in 2013.
