India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal thinks that if the payers had even put 30% effort that India skipper Virat Kohli Indian Premier League and he has learnt a lot from Kohli.

Chahal said on the Star puts into his craft it would be enough for the team to be successful. Referring to him as a down to earth person, Chahal said that its been around 6 years that they have been playing together – be it for India or RCB in the Sports’ show Cricket Connected, "No matter how much fame he has got, he will take everyone with him – whether its personal or on field; that I have learned from him. I know that he’s a gym freak and how he has changed his body – I want to learn that from him. I have seen him since he was 18-19- the transformation after 2012 or 2013, if anyone adopts even 30% of what Virat did, it’s more than enough."

With the entire world coming to a standstill due to the global pandemic novel coronavirus, players are obeying rules and staying indoors and trying to get in touch with fans through social media. However, recently Kohli called the spinner a clown on a lighter note or his constant presence on social media. He is either busy making TikTok videos or joining other cricketers on their live Instagram sessions as well. Even he was seen pulling his leg while interacting with RCB teammate and former South Africa player AB de Villiers.

Kohli asked de Villiers to check out Chahal's TikTok videos. "Have you seen his TikTok videos? You should go and check out Yuzvendra Chahal's TikTok videos," said Kohli. "You will not believe this guy is playing international cricket and he is 29-year-old. Just go and look at his videos. He's an absolute clown."

COVID-19 has stopped all the cricketing activities across the globe including the 13th edition of Indian Premier League. However, there is a possibility of its taking place later this year if ICC decides to shift its mega event – T20 World Cup which is slated to take place in Australia.
