2. End to end service

This is where proposals become actual developments on the ground. Once we agree on a budget range, we are going to recommend a number of architects. Next, we are going to work with your preferred architects to produce concept drawings and working drawings. The architect will also help in sourcing building consents.

After this, all that is left is singing the contracts and kick starting the project. Once the project is underway, we will update you on the progress weekly and discuss any issues that have risen.

3. Project management

This is extremely important in ensuring that the project runs smoothly and comes to a successful conclusion. In our years of renovating our clients’ homes, we have created a 77-point checklist that covers every possible situation.
