He started his professional career as a team leader with Bloomberg L.P. Later, he worked for reputed organizations like Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and BNP Paribas. Currently he runs an IT consulting firm and performs his role as Portfolio Manager and CTO at a boutique firm in NYC. He is a result-oriented professional with focus on team building and management, implementing standards, procedures and processes to improve business functionality. His experience and knowledge has helped his clients enhance development productivity and quality while reducing implementation time. Shashi is a family man and loves to spend time with his wife and kids. During his free time, he likes to volunteer, play tennis, racquetball, squash, and badminton. He loves to read books, watch movies, and is always curious to learn about latest technology.
