In 2014, the unique "diamond" of Yakutia celebrates its anniversary. National state "Diamond Circus" was created exactly 20 years ago in the rich northern region of Russia. Circus has become a national symbol of Yakutia, the only one in the Arctic; it has been located in the northern and one of the world's main centers of diamond industry. Even the building, where the circus is based, is built in the form of a faceted crystal.

The performances of "Diamond Circus" are based on the idea of folk traditions of the northern peoples. Nowadays, the official circus program "The Heat of Permafrost"is inspired by ancient legends , and they are based on a love story between a snow-white Alhe and black-eyed Bizilom. Two fates is a story of their families – black and white shaman, all the mysterious, mystical and fabulous. It’s the real heat of permafrost.

During 20 years "Diamond Circus" has been to Monaco , Germany, Norway, Hungary, Japan, USA, China, Italy, as well as to many Russian cities. There are a lot of famous acrobats, choreographers, directors, artists and designers have been working with the circus. The modern official circus program "The Heat of Permafrost" is created with the help of such international group. Circus stars are trained at the Beijing Circus College (China), where the famous Chinese circus acrobats are taught. Only here, in the "diamond circus" you can see the performances of trained deer and Arctic foxes, foxes and huskies.

Jubilee year is marked by the presentation of the new program and the International Youth Circus Festival "Mammoth" and the International Forum "Arctic Circus Art", in which the participation of more than 10 countries is confirmed.

- There are a lot of trained exotic animals and birds as reindeer and horses, foxes and arctic foxes, northern huskies and pigeons take part in the program.
- Producer of ethno- show "The Heat of Permafrost" is the head of one of the world's famous attractions with elephants "Trip on Elephants around the World” - People's Artist of Russia Taisia KORNILOVA.
- New epic program costumes are created by Russian designer Sabina GORELIK who is the teacher of Vyacheslav Zaitsev's Fashion Laboratory.
- The director of choreographic shows is MIGUEL. He is a laureate of international competitions. Since 1999 he has toured the world as a participant of Tony Menendez Ballet. MIGUEL worked as a choreographer with such stars as a group "tATu", Nikolai Baskov, Jasmine, Boris Moiseyev, Igor Nikolaev, Varvara, Diana Gurtskaya and was a choreographer of "Fabrica Zvezd 5".
- Clown Alex Sher is a director of mass performances in the USA, Europe, the artist of Cirque du Soleil (Cirque du Soleil) and the largest circus in the world Ringlin (Ringling Bros. Circus).
