The new costumes were revealed at a gala party organised by the store, the theme being "The Princess Party". The organisers had the brilliant idea of "Princess for a day" , on a first come first served basis. There was a long queque of adorable little would be princesses before the store opened. The moment the store opened, the Disney Princess costumes were handed out to the lucky ones, which were, in fact quite a few, as the collection has quite a few Disney Princess costumes.
The chosen girls then dressed up in their favorite Princess costume. So many Princesses have never been seen at one gathering before. The Princess Sofia mingled with Belle and Cinderella and Ariel and many others. The Princesses were also given matching accessories and the crowns and necklaces and wands etc and they were much appreciated. As soon as the first Princess was ready, she was escorted to a throne on which she was invited to sit and the crown put on her head and the press eagerly clicked her photos. This opportunity was given to all the Princesses and the press and the parents equally were enthusiastic in clicking photos of their favorite Disney Princesses.
They were served a sumptuous buffet lunch on Faux silver cutlery. There were some fun games and the winners were given little gifts. The Grand Prize winner was the happiest of all. The prize was that she got to keep the Princess Disney Costume she was wearing, and the little princess was overjoyed. The other princesses were not disappointed either. They were promised to be sent the photos of their most memorable moment, that of sitting on the throne and being "Princess for a day".
The whole event was very successful as it got very positive coverage from the media and instantly the store was famous. The collection also was a big hit with the little girls and was almost sold out. The parents were also happy to buy their daughters their favorite Disney princess costume as they had such a positive experience in the event.

On the whole, the launch of the Disney Princess costume collection was a great success. As usual, Disney came through with their fantastic designs which were much appreciated by their target customers, the little girls who could now dress up as their favorite Princess.
