IINSIGHT HelpDesk System is available for better client support

IINSIGHT release Amazing New HelpDesk System for their client support.

 
IINSIGHT now has an amazing new Help Desk system. This will be a very user-friendly help desk system and will be a useful portal where clients can log all their support requests quickly and efficiently. A really useful feature with this system is that when users type in a keyword they are presented with relevant knowledgebase article/s. (Over 180 Knowledgebase articles have been created this way).

How it works:

When users are logged into iinsight they will be able to log support requests via the Help Icon:

We encourage clients to please lodge a support request rather than emailing and prior to calling to benefit from this new facility.

When clients select 'Lodge a support request' they will be presented with a quick user-friendly support request window to enter brief details of the issue, contact details and add supporting file attachments if required.

When they type in certain keywords in the subject line you will be presented with relevant knowledge base articles which may resolve your issue before you have even submitted it!

They can also enter keywords in the search box to find related articles.
