Going by the increasingly large number of foreign tourists visiting Mumbai and the number of foreign investors eye the real estate space here to build luxury hotels, Mumbai is likely to become the next hub for travelers looking for a luxury escape. Presently, not every 5 star hotel in Mumbai can boast of services that true live up to the standards they’ve got to maintain. However; we are still getting there. This influx is just a directly proportional to the number of number of foreign corporate looking to set up base in India who in turn will have to send their executive committee for the initial set up thus creating a requirement for the luxury hospitality sector to address themselves as 5 star hotels, Mumbai.

The late comers have dug themselves a bigger ground choosing the central Mumbai locations to please the discerning office-goer who would have to travel to either the Couth Mumbai end or the airport in the outrageously disturbing city traffic. And voila! It is working.

When one hotel began its operations in the ‘not so posh’ central locality, it was greatly written off but one another followed suite, bigger and better than the first one and we hear two other international brands have already purchased lands and built a plan to begin operations in the central Mumbai locality.
