Structure

The Napoli is constructed on heavy-duty external steel framing with corrugated high-strength steel seam-welded panels to external walls and roof panels and steel-framed internal walls. Additionally, it features heavy-gauge steel floor joists and bears, and pressed steal seam welded roofing panels.

Bathroom

The bathroom comes with a toughened glass shower screen with a 1.8-m high sliding or pivot door, and a mirrored shaving cabinet. The interior wall has a glass mosaic design.

It features the Premium Series bathroom accessories, which include one towel rail, once face-mounted toilet roll holder and wall-mounted soap holders.

Windows and Doors

The windows and doors are made from double-glazed 5mm tempered glass with aluminium frames. All external doors and windows have keyed locks and fibreglass insect screens.

Kitchen

The kitchen has square-edged, reconstituted quarts stone benchtops, and glossy two-PAC coated cupboards. It features a toughened glass kitchen sink and a 600-mm high ceramic tiled splashback.
