Modern Turf, Inc., the South Carolina turf producer recently chosen by more than 30 of the nation’s top courses to replace their bentgrass with MiniVerde Ultradwarf Bermudagrass, announces its newest installation, this time on Mebane, North Carolina’s Mill Creek Golf Course.

Hank Kerfoot, Modern Turf’s President, stated, "Mill Creek, a Robbins/Lussier/Kock-designed 18-hole course is one of the most beautiful settings we’ve seen. It’s easy to see why the 18th hole is a player favorite, offering a choice of two different fairways. Many holes feature water, and the clubhouse was remodeled in the spring of 2013. The MiniVerde Ultradwarf Bermudagrass works perfectly with the course’s tree-lined fairways and hilly terrain. Golfers are in for a treat. No wonder the Mill Creek course is consistently ranked among the top 100 best courses in North Carolina.”
