The Boba Bar Experience is presented by two local businesses, Sweet Kicks and Nom Nom Events. Sweet Kicks is known for their delicious milk tea, fruit tea, and boba along with their kawaii bear cups. They are a fan favorite at many festivals. Nom Nom Events’ goal is to highlight ethnic diversity and be a platform for small businesses. Nom Nom Events have started pivoting to curating at-home niche experiences with local businesses. The Boba Bar Experience is the first in a series of Asian food events.
Boba is a popular Asian drink that is a tea base that's combined with milk or fruit and then poured over tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls are boba, which is sweet and chewy, adding an irresistible texture to a refreshing drink. You can now enjoy boba at home with Arizona’s first DIY Boba Kit and satisfy your cravings.

The DIY kit is $60 and can make 12 large drinks. It comes with everything you need along with video instructions and proportioned out ingredients to make your own perfect boba tea with family and friends.

A limited-edition DIY Kit is available for $70 that comes with all of the above and Bear Bottles that you can only find with Sweet Kicks for kawaii pictures. After tickets are purchased, kits are available for pick up at August Karaoke Box located at 301 E University Dr Unit 116 Tempe, AZ 85281 on Saturday, June 27th from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
