Im also looking for a 2 day agenda for a novice to olympic raising who is already pretty powerful at the powerlifts and will do 1 day a 7 periods powerlifitng day along with the 2 day olympic lifting
For both the latest and the grab, I am puzzled over the phrase of getting yourself under the bar.
Obviously, we move under the bar capture or holder the burden while the bar still moves up-wards, slows and begins its nice.
My real query is whether it's basically a mentality of getting yourself under the bar in to move quicker and/or to get into the getting position (much the same way as you would think about pushing your pumps through the floor in a lift, or smash your arms into the groudn in a pullup) or do you physically take the bar with arms after you have shrugged and arms are bent?
