The HCP Stream permits the OINP to search the EE pool for all the candidates who meet the specific criteria of the stream. Normally there is a norm of CRS score to be 400, but in the target draws like the present case it is waived when the candidate has a job offer or French proficiency.
Additional facts
All EE candidates who get the provincial nomination for PR in Ontario also get 600 additional points in their CRS score. This serves as a guarantee to them to get the Invitation to Apply in a later draw from the pool.
The receiver of the NOI in this draw has 45 days to apply to seek the Provincial Nomination Certificate.
The French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream also issued Invitations through a stream linked to Express Entry.
Totally 14 invitations were issued to candidates in the FSSW stream, which is specific to French-speaking candidates who qualify in the Federal Skilled Worker Class or the Canadian Experience Class. Moreover, they need to have adequate English language ability of CLB 6.
Dissimilar to the HCP Stream, the FSSW stream does not have any need of minimum CRS score.
