New Era owns and operates Royal American Links in Galena, Bent Tree Golf Club in Sunbury, Golf Club of Dublin in Dublin, Glenross Golf Club in Delaware and now the semi-private course in New Albany. All these clubs are surrounded by oak trees on the side pathways, natural rolling terrain, lakes, meandering creeks, native grasses, wetlands, and mature trees.

With 2 Golf Seasons completed working with New Era Golf, Michael J Emigh has managed to win huge appreciation from the members of all the clubs by having 400 memberships to date. Some of these golf clubs offer facilities like fitness area, tennis courts, private pools and abundant sitting area for large number of people at a time. As a result, they make the perfect setting for organizing many social events, charity functions. As the Director of Membership for New Era Golf some of Michael's resposibilities are to grow the game of Golf by developing and implementing membership and outreach strategy for recruitment of new members and retention of current members. He coordinates, manages, tracks, and evaluates all membership and renewal activities, including new member mailings, renewal mailings, and special appeals. Michael develops programs and services for members. He also is responsible for developing and executing Member and community surveys and polls, focus groups, and interviews to determine member needs and programs.
Michael J. Emigh develops membership marketing and promotional materials, including welcome kits and collateral to use at events and in direct marketing campaigns coordinate special events for members as needed and works with staff on communicating member needs through website, newsletter, and other communication vehicles.

Michael publishes newsletters, advertisements, and other publications and helps design the company website. He creates ongoing annual membership plans with goals and metrics for projects, monitors and reports on progress against goals and actively participates in staff calls and leadership team meetings.
