Michael Cappy began his career in leadership back in 1974, taking on a consultancy role at Booz, Allen and Hamilton while he was still studying for his Master of Business Administration degree at Harvard Graduate School of Business, which he would receive the following year. Since then he has developed a stellar reputation as a leader, having been involved in numerous transactions, acted as a member of a number of Boards of Directors and Executive Committees and plied his trade in more than ten operating companies spanning an array of industries. In order to achieve his success, Cappy has needed to demonstrate a variety of skills.

He has always placed his focus on development and is well-regarded as a management educator, having been invited to a number of universities based in the United States to speak in addition to working closely with St. George’s University to help them to create their Master of Business Administration and Master of International Business programs. By working closely with prospective leaders, he is able to offer the next generation the benefits of his wisdom and experience.
