NEW YORK, United States, March 01, 2016-- Phyllis Hughes, an international entrepreneur and style icon, has come out stronger in the fragrance industry against all odds with the launch of a new perfume called RESILIENCE by PEH. The fragrance makes its debut exclusively in key markets internationally. RESILIENCE is beginning to roll out to retailers worldwide. The luxurious new, juicy oriental floral fragrance and the name RESILIENCE reflects the persistence to come back strong after experiencing the huddles of life.
