Vegan, Fine Dining,Kitchensurfing Style Business Announces Summer Menu

Modern Veg New York aims to bring “the fine dining experience of a Michelin Star restaurant into the home”; by bringing plant based chefs directly to diners, instead of diners having to go out to restaurants for chefs table service.”

Users simply tell the company where they live, when they would like to have the meal, and how many people will be in attendance
and then the company provides a list of menus that they can choose from based on the weekend of their choice. On the designated day, a chef will come to a customer’s home and cook and serve a full 8 course vegan meal including appetizer and dessert.
