We came across this blog while looking at the various resources that taught people how to cure depression. We found the information contained in this blog very interesting and helpful and decided to interview a couple of the followers of this blog.

Jeremy has been suffering from depression for the last five years. Though the problem was much worse earlier, Jeremy states that he has been able to come out of it quite a bit over the last couple of years. He stated that among the various websites and resources he has referred to in the past, he found Master of Your Mind very useful, and considers the blog to be an important reason for his improvement.

Jeremy stated that earlier he found it extremely difficult to meet people, communicate with them and share his feelings, even with a medical expert. He liked to keep things to himself, which was actually doing more harm than good for him.

However, after going through the information featured on this blog, he realised many things. He understood that he must refer to an expert to understand how to cure depression. Jeremy had serious problems with trusting people in the past. Now he has even learned to trust people who he may not have met earlier and consider their advice to be helpful for him!

Jeremy feels that the blog can be a great resource for people in a similar situation to him. Even though it is never easy to completely trust someone, even if it is a blog, he found the website to be trustworthy as he could easily relate to his feelings when reading through the articles featured on the website!
