Uber is an aggressive company that is determined to reach everyone one way or another, city by city. Passengers can download the Uber taxi app and request a ride at their convenience. The Uber taxi app is quite easy to use. Please follow the steps below:

• Install the Uber app on your phone. Visit Itunes or Google play to download now.

• Create an Uber account on the Uber app

• Enter your credentials. This includes your name, email address and phone number

• Put in your credit card information

• Then request a ride by choosing any of the services offered by Uber in your city.

With Uber, you can schedule a ride for future use. If you choose to do this in some cities, the Uber app will display - Uber schedule a ride not available. This means you can’t schedule a ride ahead of time in that city. This has prompted the reoccurring question, “why can't I schedule a ride with Uber?”

All hope is not lost as our new app Kommen allows Uber passengers schedule rides 15minutes to 30 days in advance. The Kommen app is a third party app that complements the Uber app. Log into the Kommen app once with your Uber account details and we will subsequently call apps.

So, how does Kommen work?

• Log in with your Uber Passenger Account to Kommen

• You only need to log in once. You also only need to provide us permissions to request Uber rides on your behalf (once), and that is it.

• Select your Pickup Date and Time

• Let us know when you want your Uber, and we will request your Uber in enough time for you to make your trip on schedule.

• Select your Pickup Address

• Let us know where you want your Uber to get you, and we will send your Uber there.

• Wait for your Uber

• We will notify you when your Uber is arriving.
