Nithin Kantharaj is a young professional who is extremely passionate about his work and strongly believes in inspiring others. As a responsible product engineer/project engineer, he always shows initiative and creativity in honoring commitments. The leading medical technology company he is currently associated with offers him challenging assignments in a relevant and growing industry.

Major part of his responsibility is to interface with cross functional teams and get them involved as the project progresses including R&D, New development, and Software developers, DQE, QE and V&V Engineers. Nithin Kantharaj assists the production when the tester is down, as per the urgency and production requirements. He uses Teamcenter for performing Engineering change (EC), NX for design reviews and changes, SAP for updating and releasing the official documents associated for the tester and updating the bill of materials (BOM) as required. He makes use of MS Office for scheduling the project and maintaining the timeline of the project and all other MS office software.

About Nithin Kantharaj

An alumnus of PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore, Nithin Kantharaj is a skilled product developer and project manager. After pursuing Bachelors in Mechanical engineering, he went on to study Industrial engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Nithin Kantharaj has an expertise in Lean Manufacturing, SPC, TQM, Time and Motion Study, Value Stream Mapping, Six sigma(DMAIC), KANBAN, ISO, PFMEA,DFMEA, KAIZEN, GD&T, Root cause analysis, Corrective and preventive action(CAPA), JIT, 5S, IQ,PQ, and QP. While he was in college, he worked on a number of academic projects. Some of the major projects he worked upon include failure mode effect analysis of Samsung note components, quality analysis on Toyota 9 million recalls, and simple & multiple linear regressions.

Nithin is quite passionate about travelling to new places.
